Can’t versus Won’t
Isn’t it frustrating when someone tells you that something can’t be done but what they are really saying is that they won’t do it.
Last year, Seth Godin has a great posting about the differences between can’t and won’t. His was related more toward marketing, but I think that this can be applied to just about anything.
