Do you really care?

I took my kids to swimming lessons. Outside the pool is this sign.

Swimming Pool Sign

I think that the sign should read, (with the grammar correction… because I care),

There are absolutely “no refunds” for lessons or private parties. We think it is okay for you to be inconvenienced as long as we aren’t. Thank you, pool management.

I guess for some people, they are more important than their customers. As long as they aren’t inconvenienced, anything goes.
