Just focus

Are you the "jack of all trades but the master of none?" How does that work for you? Specialization is the key to focusing your efforts for the greatest good. I used to be a graphic designer. I used to teach graphic design. I can't be an effective business man if I focus my time on graphic design. I have someone do that for me. Focusing your efforts is every bit as important as focusing on your target market. If you try to be everything to all people, you will end up not maximizing the potential of your company. Moreover, if you don't have a division of responsibilities and a separation of specialties in your organization, you will reach a plateau that you will not be able to overcome.
