Associate of the month
Isn’t this just fascinating. I always am amazed when I see signs like this. Usually they are over empty parking spots. If you park here, you may get towed.
Why is it that our employees tend to be more important than our customers. What does this tell you about the attitude of the company that treats employees as more important than customers.
Here’s a thought.
Why not have a customer of the month parking spot?
Why not have a spot for your best customers and require all of your employees to park as far away as possible to ensure your customers have ample parking. I don’t suggest making them walk for miles, but no employee should park closer than a paying, valued customer.
