Track It

If you want to improve.

If you want to increase your capacity and capability.

If you want to get better.

There is one sure fire way to do that.

Track It.

Measure It.

Know what you are doing. Know how you are doing it. Know how long it takes you to do it.

If you don't know where you are now, you can never improve.
