Snagit for the Mac - NOW HERE!
I am giddy as a school girl... well, maybe not that giddy, but I am pleased.
I moved to a Mac about 4 months ago (best decision I ever made). There was one piece of software that I missed above all. That was Snagit. I use screen capture all the time to communicate with my team and Snagit, by far, is the best tool out there.
I found a number of other tools that approximate what Snagit can do, but none are as good.
"Why?" You might ask.
Well, the primary reason is the ability to edit and annotate a file. When you are trying to communicate something to others you want it to be as easy and quick as possible. With the other tools I have found, that was not the case.
Snagit just came out with the Mac Beta. If you are on a Mac, you can download it here. It is not as feature rich as the Windows version yet, but it sure makes things so much easier.
When they come out with the final and want me to pay for it, I'll be the first in line with my check book.
Now, if they'll only come out with Mac Live Writer so that I can post like I do with Windows Live Writer.
