Hard Work

Results Require Work Not Luck… No Work, No Glory.

Ever wonder how people can get so much accomplished? You look at your schedule of things to accomplish and often, the first thing that goes through your mind is, "I don't kreagan churchillnow if I can get that much done. I am just too busy."

Well, if you think you can't get it done, then you will never get it done. If you want the results you are looking for, you have to be willing to work. You have to be willing to work hard.

Nothing great was ever accomplished by being lazy.

If you don't have an ethic of hard work, don't expect to have any real glory.

You may try to give me examples of people that have done great things without any work. The fact is, people may be able to do some pretty cool things by luck, but they worked hard to make that luck a reality in the past. Great things require hard work and often times you don't see the actual work that others actually put in. Just because someone isn't at the office doesn't mean they aren't working. A Good Day At Work

image A good day at work is not defined by the number of hours you spend on a project, sitting behind a computer or talking with clients. A good day at work is measure by what you have accomplished that is meaningful.

Don't confuse busyness with working. Don't think that just because you put in 8, 10 or 12 hours that you actually accomplished something.

If you can't look back on your day and honestly say that you have completed something of consequence or significance, then you didn't have a good day at work. continue reading...
